Dystonia Instrument
Guitar
This class has been designed by Dr. Farias to help guitar players affected by Musicians’ focal hand dystonia to recover their ability to play their instruments.
This program of exercises includes the exercises for right and left hand. No matter if your diagnosis has been right hand or left hand dystonia, we recommend that you practice the exercises suggested for both hands in order to obtain the best results and avoid mirroring of your tension.
This class includes exercises to recover different technical skills to play different styles such as Classical, Flamenco, Jazz, Rock, Blues, Bluegrass, Folk, Celtic and different techniques such as finger picking, picking, rasgeado, etc.
